Yes, you can heat liquid coffee creamers (LCC). BUT since LCC’s are oil emulsions in non-fat milk/milk-substitute aqueous carrier, do take care just to warm them up just long enough to around 85C as to prevent fat separation. This fat separation can render the creamer useless, and will make for an ‘oily’ coffee.
Please note too that heating LCC to boiling temp is higher than 100C and can scald or burn your mouth. Better stick to using it room temperature, or cold, and use sparingly – not generously; as it is used primarily to temper down a hot beverage of coffee or tea.
Heat it in the microwave for about 20 seconds, but not at 100% power or your coffee will have that old coffee flavor, as if it had been sitting around for a while. Zap it at around 50% power instead.
