The Bean Belt is where coffee is grown commercially. The coffee plant needs a very specific mix of altitude, sunlight, shade, rain, etc. to produce good fruit.
Some farmers in California (which is outside the belt) are attempting to grow coffee alongside avacados[1] but the jury is still out on the profitability and quality of the product.
You can grow coffee in green house conditions[2], but it doesn’t seem like that will provide enough space for a large enough crop to make the whole enterprise worth the effort.

  2. Coffee is not a houseplant. It’s a TREE! You would be better off growing watermelons in your bathtub than growing a coffee tree (even a dwarf sized one). You can’t grow Arabica too as the tree likes high altitudes.
Also, being a tree, it takes a good 10 years for it to start outputting money (or in your case, beans) which would most likely be Robusta (lower quality)
Tl:DR : plausible if you live in the mountains, impossible if you live in the city. No awesome results either.
