  2. Yes you can, although I prefer vanilla in black tea and cinnamon in coffee. I don’t use extract though. I prefer to buy Spice Drops Vanilla oil and the Spice Drops Cinnamon oil. Usually oil does not mix with water, but these spice drops have only the one added ingredient and that is a chemical that allows the oil to mix in other liquids.
