  1. What do you consider as “regular coffee” ? If you are talking about Folgers or Maxwell house coming out of a jar, the answer is yes, but you will not be happy, it will be a watery something that doesn;t resemble a traditional Turkish coffee at all.
    If you have access to a coffee grinder and you can grind your coffee for espresso, or you can fiund espresso ground beans, you can use those for Turkish coffee.
    To make proper Turkish coffee, the coffee beans must be ground as fine as possible, at a consistency of powdered sugar. Any grittier ground will not yield a good Turkish coffee

  2. Of course you can..but it cannot be called Turkish coffee …
    In Turkish coffee, the granules are ground very fine, finer than espresso, like flour…
