  1. Has this stuff got cream in? If it has (like Bailey’s) then you need to keep it in the fridge after opening, or the cream will sour and you will find clots floating around in it.
    As they say, alcohol preserves many things; dignity (and Bailey’s) are not among them…

  2. I believe you’re right, the stuff has a shelf life of around 6 months or so, and I’ve never heard of a way of extending that time. Refrigeration is not a factor. ’Course the six month rule was never an issue with me.
    Good practises would include keeping it in the dark, and swishing the stuff around from time to time.
