It depends on how you want to sell your coffee in the US. If you want to sell directly to roasters, then you’ll have to mail samples to individual roasters and see if they are interested in your beans.
If you want to sell directly to consumers then you’ll need to establish your brand first. Without knowing how your coffee tastes, people are not likely to give it a try. Perhaps you can work directly with some influencers in the coffee space.
I haven’t mastered the art of figuring out who wrote a question on Quora, so assuming the A2A is the questioner,… you’re in Alberta.

I suspect you should find a middleman where the coffee is. Talk to other growers. Most countries have some form of a cooperative and you need the combined crops of a lot of small plantations to get up to consistent exportable volumes and to have a bit of clout with the traders/buyers. It’s not really a cut-throat business so much as it’s supply and demand driven. A cooperative gets the maximum profits back to the growers (as opposed to hauling the crop into the first buyer/processor, who picks up the lion’s share because he also picks up the title/risks.)
There’s certainly a market for boutique coffee, though. Find a good roaster out in Vancouver who wants to grow. Propose a deal. Maybe a j.v.where they carry your “Exotic Blahblah Roast Bush to Cup Exclusive to Us”.
