  2. As long as you intake no sugar with it. It may even be helpful, since caffeine impairs appetite to an extent similar to cigarettes. I drink energy drinks and im incredibly thin, although its mostly down to my genetics as well, but this certainly helps. Im far from even concerned about my weight, and even further from being anorexic, but i just lose the need to eat when im amped on red bull.
