  2. Yes it can!! It isn’t really the coffee it’s self that is the problem. It is the pesticides, and the processing of the coffee it is said that most coffee is very toxin from pesticides chemicals and mold. So here organic is better if the mold problem is solved. Problem is you don’t know. To much caffeine can be a problem and all these so called research paper showing coffee to be awesome at a pot a day. Who paid for this studies? The manufacturer? Real researchers? This is a big problem in our food culture. Manufacturers make it as cheap as them can, as there are many steps for it to get to the end customer and with each step costs money. So the manufacturer much start with something very cheap to get it to the end user at a price they are willing to pay for it.

  3. Substance Use: Caffeine .
Larger amounts of caffeine (600 mg or more) can:
    cause shaking
    make you have trouble sleeping
    make you very agitated
cause a fast, irregular heartbeat (might feel like your heart is racing)
make you feel irritable, restless, and nervous
Most healthy adults that use low to moderate amounts of caffeine (up to 3 cups of coffee) every day don’t seem to have any long lasting effects. Some women who drink (more than 3 cups a day) may be at risk of bone fractures (especially in the hips) as they get older.
Regular use of more than 600 mg of caffeine might cause the short-term effects listed above. Long-term effects at this level may include chronic insomnia, constant anxiety, depression, and stomach problems. It can also cause high blood pressure or make high blood pressure worse.
If you suddenly stop drinking caffeine, you might have withdrawal symptoms like:
    headaches
    problems sleeping
    feeling irritable, tired, and depressed
    lack of energy
    feeling down
    having trouble focusing or concentrating
Withdrawal symptoms begin 12 to 24 hours after you stop caffeine. Most symptoms go away within a few days.
