I can’t imagine either option being pleasant to drink. Tangy is nice with certain teas, but vinegar is more tart than tangy, and not something enjoyable as a drink, though it’s excellent in salad dressings, soups, pickles, and other uses where its flavor wakes up the taste buds or helps preserve food.
If you’re adding vinegar to your tea or coffee in hopes of much touted, but unproven, health benefits, you’ll be much better off using it on a salad, snd enjoying your beverages as they are.

I mistakenly bought a carton of apple juice with apple cider vinegar in it. It tasted horrible. I can’t imagine coffee or tea with apple cider vinegar will be any better. Apple cider vinegar is best used in cooking. It is good in pork stew, for instance.
