  1. Sure. The cream will thicken up and start to separate from the coffee, which isn’t really appetizing in any way. For that matter, I don’t even find cold coffee appetizing in any way, but to each their own. You could reheat and restir and hope the clumps break up, or spoon out the cream and add new cream, but it’s never going to be the same. That grosses me out almost to the point of gagging, that’s kind of a health concern.
    As far as food safety goes, though: no danger at all. What’s dangerous is holding something warm, not too hot or cold; it would take days, maybe weeks for bacteria to colonize and turn sweet coffee held in the fridge.
    And if it’s black coffee, you could keep it in the fridge for a decade and it’ll never go bad. Nothing grows in it, too acidic and nothing they can feed on.
