Coffee is a stimulant, so feeling a bit buzzed is very normal. If it feels bad, you should check it out.
I wouldn’t call it normal as not everybody can feel their brain capillaries dilating and increasing blood flow due to the caffeine molecule. But I don’t think it’s cause for concern, still ask your doctor about it just to be on the super safe side.Cheers!
I’m the same way. I feel the front of my head whenever I take any sort of stimulant and my forehead sweats sometimes. It doesn’t hurt or affect what I’m doing so I don’t worry about it.
Yes coffee contains a drug called caffeine which stimulates your brain and it is also addictive. If you’re feeling something physical from coffee you may not be used to the stimulation yet. It’s up to you if you wish to continue to take caffeine. Just know that if you do your body will get tired like when you wake up you will be more tired than normal because your body and brain now need to drug to stimulate the senses. To get rid of being tired your brain wants caffeine so you must give it to it to function normally. It’s like heroin where your body needs the drug to function except heroin is more highly addictive and gets you more high. That’s what drugs do. Caffeine is a drug. If you don’t like the feeling then stop drinking coffee, no drug is good for you over the long term even if they have good properties like nicotine, caffeine, phenylalenine, sugar, etc. All these drugs, even cocaine can help your body in many ways in low doses spread out weekly or monthly. However the addictive properties make it difficult to stop resulting in over use. The best way to use these drugs for health is to take them straight from the plant and chew the leaves. But in our society the drugs are taken from the leaves and condensed resulting in a product that is highly potent and highly addictive. Caffeine, sugar, nicotine and cocaine leaves are not highly addictive because the amount of drugs in them are very minor resulting in a product that can actually help your body’s processes such as a nootropic effect, increase metabolism, relieve ADHD symptoms, promote digestion, relieve your body of water weight and help cleanse the liver and kidneys, and reduce swelling and pain safely and effectively. However making a tea or taking many leaves and condensing them into a drink or other form of ingestable way will result in an addictive potent product which in our society is the normal thing to do. They even make caffeine pills which is a highly addictive product of synthetic caffeine. They also did this with nicotine as patches as well as heroin with fentanyl. Big pharma is trying to take over anything that has little addictive properties and synthesizing them into a highly potent product that gets people hooked. Sugar is another one. Sugar is very healthy as well when used properly. The issue is now that now all we have is products that contain high high doses of these drugs and then told they are bad for us when it’s just the high dose that’s bad for us. Another example is smoking, they say it’s bad but it’s only addictive and bad because they condense the nicotine content in cigarettes. If you smoke real tobacco once in a while you will not become addicted. But the nicotine patches made by big pharma, the synthetic nicotine is so strong that it’s more addictive than cigarettes. Fentanyl is a lot more addictive and causes more deaths than heroin. This is done in our society to keep control and get as much money as possible. Condensing a bunch of coffee plants by making coffee may be too much caffeine for you. If you want medicinal properties I suggest you find the leaves or beans yourself and chew some every now and then. You get the medicinal properties with out the high associated with taking a condensed product. I hope this has given you some insight. Doing drugs that society provides will leave you addicted, doing drugs from nature every now and then will increase certain processes of the body.
No. I would recommend avoiding the offending foods until you’ve spoken to a doctor about it. Unless you are using very flowery language and don’t mean what you’ve written(I notice some of the answers seem to assume you’re speaking metaphorically). Best of luck, feel better soon.
Coffee would be a scheduled drug if the DEA had their way. Yes coffee affects the brain. Caffeine is a powerful stimulant that gives drinkers the old get up and go.
